Windows Vista

After weeks and weeks, of having problems with the programme, and thinking it might be my internet connection I finally realized that it wasn’t the connection the programme had difficulties with but my Window Operating System. Today and yesterday I tried to go back to Help Island to find someone who could help me with finding some more stuff to do, but for some reason I was stuck on Apfelland, and couldn’t teleport myself anywhere, so I thought to myself, hey, I can fly so why not use that advantage and fly to Help Island, even if it kills me. But I just couldn’t leave. There were barriers of Islands I couldn’t cross and it didn’t matter how high I flew I just couldn’t get around it. So I logged on and off to see if that made a difference, but I still couldn’t teleport myself anywhere and was stuck on that particular island with no one around. So I decided to leave it and tried the same thing again today. As I am also running out of time, I looked at the SL help page and main page again and realized in horror that the programme does not yet run with Windows Vista which I have on my PC. So what am I going to do now? Just because I have a certain programme I am not able to enjoy all the things available on SL? With a lab which is so advanced in all the things they do in this Virtual reality I cannot understand why they haven’t managed and made it work properly on Windows Vista.
I just hope that I will get an answer soon from one of the Help pages I emailed and see if I can still continue doing my research on my PC.
I also hope that I can somehow find a way of making it work properly.
